This week Kim and Fulyana throw out a challenge to you all.
For 10 consecutive days you need to stay positive, even when negative things happen. To do this we are asking you to keep a diary, journal or notes about what happens and how you manage the situation or what you learn from it that could be considered a “positive”. We talk about some examples in the podcast.
We are doing the challenge too. We ask that you share your results or notes with us (no names) so we can talk about methods that others use in a future podcast.
