Aaron spoke to us from Far North Queensland, Australia in October 2024.
Aaron Dozier is a a sport scientist and clinical exercise physiologist dedicated to helping people positively impact their lives through health and exercise.
After a traumatic knee injury at 18, his personal journey through rehabilitation became the spark that set him on this career path, inspiring him to guide others through their own health transformations.
Aaron has had the privilege of working in both Australia and the USA, covering a broad spectrum of care—from coordinating exercise-based interventions for children with cystic fibrosis and managing pain in aged care facilities to helping elite athletes return to the field as quickly as possible. These experiences have shaped a deep commitment to harnessing the power of exercise as medicine for people at every stage of life.
