It’s been over 2 years since we reviewed some Simon Sinek content about leadership qualities. Here are two recent videos from him that talk about some areas that have become more important as we see workplaces transitioning in their structures.
The first one questions how we actually measure the trustworthiness of our people, given that we measure so many other workplace traits and how important it is/should be in the workplace.
The second one considers the difference between leadership and authority – an interesting question when we are looking to succession planning in organisations, regardless of size or industry.
